Your Sharktooth™ Self-Defense Phone Case is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and ensures that you receive a product that performs exactly as intended.

What’s Covered

We will replace your product at no cost if you experience:

• Defects in materials
  
• Issues with manufacturing
  
• Structural or functional abnormalities present upon normal use
  

If a defect occurs within the warranty period, you may request a replacement unit. All replacements are issued after a quick verification process.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to:

• Damage caused by drops, accidents, or misuse
  
• Normal wear and tear from everyday use
  
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
  
• Damage resulting from improper installation or removal
  
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations
  

Because the Sharktooth™ is a personal safety tool, we do not repair compromised units. Qualifying items are replaced entirely.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
