2. Shipping & Delivery

•    Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors are outside our control, but we will work to resolve any issues promptly.

3. Returns & Exchanges

•    30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
•    Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories to qualify for a return.
•    Defective or damaged items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
•    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

•    Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and details of the defect.
•    Warranty does not cover:

o    Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

6. Order Cancellations & Changes

•    Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
